Buffalo Chicken Tacos!


I think I made this up and it was STUPID GOOD!!!
Three boneless, skinless chicken breasts were placed in the slow cooker for 5 hours on low with half a bottle of hot sauce, I used Frank's Red Hot Wings sauce.  Afterwards, the chicken fell apart and I easily shredded the meat.  I topped the chicken filled corn tortillas with blue cheese, raw onions, lime wedges, cabbage & sour cream.   Outstanding!
