Pasta Supper for One

I used this recipe and did make a few substitutions, but what an easy, rich treat!

Really hearty for a cold night.

Made a great bucatini and meatballs that I found on Last Night's Dinner.

I did not have ricotta.  Instead, I subbed greek yogurt.  (worked out just fine)

Bucatini:  spaghetti-like strands of pasta that are thicker than spaghetti, with a thin, drinking straw like hole in the center 

... then a couple of days later, we enjoyed a meatball sandwich
