Comfort food on St. Claude. Cafe Roux is newish(opened 2009) to Bywater and worth a try if you are hungry. That's a stuffed bell pepper, baked macaroni, & english peas. The pepper is stuffed with shrimp and sausage. M. tried the red beans, corn mache choux, and baked macaroni. We needed a nap after consuming. Cafe Roux caters too!
