These red beans were made complete with Usinger's sausage.
I enjoy seeing the displays in the grocery stores here of Camellia Brand beans all stacked up neatly:
I do not remember ever eating red beans in Mississippi growing up -- seems hard to believe, now.
An amendment from Marti -- the cooker of the red beans: "...I also used green onion sausage and some other sausage too.. FYI..."
